Jeff William LeBlanc

Partner Lawyer

Jeff LeBlanc engages in a general civil practice (with a touch of criminal) where he handles cases through investigation, law and motion, negotiation, and trial. He is proficient in handling appeals, real property, probate, trust, wills, corporate, partnership, contract, and miscellaneous business issues.

Of Counsel

Richard Anderson has been engaged in the general practice of law continuously since 1968. His office has been in the City of Upland since that date. He is admitted to practice before all of the courts of the State of California as well as the United States Supreme Court. He has tried hundreds of cases, both civil and criminal, jury and non-jury.

Jamie “Jim” Schloss

Jamie “Jim” Schloss graduated from University of California's Haas School of Business in 1985 and the is a University of Southern California Law Center in 1988. He worked as a student extern for the Los Angelese Superior Court's law and motion department. Following passing the bar in 1988, Mr. Schloss practiced law throughout California.

Paralegal

Samantha, a Southern California native, has been with Anderson & LeBlanc since 2017. She graduated from Victor Valley College with an Associates Degree in Behavioral Sciences and her Paralegal Certificate. Samantha is also a licensed Notary for the State of California. Samantha is experienced in civil litigation, real estate litigation and business transaction matters.

Sharon

Sharon is our receptionist and legal secretary. Sharon has worked in law offices since she was a teenager, and has nearly 20 years in Legal Secretary experience. She has spent significant time at in-house counsel insurance companies, as well as office management. In addition to the legal industry, Sharon also worked in Safety & Risk Management.
