Until his retirement in early 2024, Richard Anderson had been engaged in the general practice of law continuously since 1968. He is admitted to practice before all of the courts of the State of California as well as the United States Supreme Court and works part time, “of counsel” on cases in between fishing, traveling, and spending time with his family. He has tried hundreds of cases, both civil and criminal, jury and non-jury.
